种子辐射对甜橙实生树的诱变效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用60Co-γ射线3,5,7,9,11,13和15kR(1kR=8.38399J/kg)7种辐射剂量,处理湖南地方良种浦市甜橙(C.SinensisOsbeck)的种子.研究了经过种子辐射的198株实生树的若干辐射效应.长达18年(1973~1991年)的研究结果表明,60Co-γ射线对实生树有显著延长童期、显著减少果实种子、提高果实成熟及增强或减弱实生树耐寒力的诱变效应.13kR是最适宜的剂量水平,选出果实无核、植株耐寒力强的突变体1个;果实少核、植株耐寒力强的和较强的突变体2个;果实少核、少核早熟、少核大果的有希望的突变体4个. Studies on mutant effects of(nucellar)seedling trees from Pushi orange( C.Sinensis Osbeck,a local variety of Hunan)seeds irradiated at dosages of 3,5,7,9,11,13 and15 kilorad(kR) of60Coγ- ray were carried out during l973~1991.It showed that γ-ray hadobvious effects on juvenile period,seed number and ripening date of fruit and cold hardinessof some seedling trees.For seed irradiation,13 kilorad is desirable dosage of γ-ray(60Co),of the number of irradiated mutations,one tree produced seedless fruit and with high cold re-sistant ability;two trees with high cold resistant ability,but produced semi -seedy fruit;four others produced either early- ripening fruit or seedless or semi-seedy fruit.
