摘要 研究了不同x(Cu)/x(Zn)对CuZnAlZr催化剂上甲醇部分氧化重整制氢催化性能的影响.结果表明,x(Cu)/x(Zn)为7∶3的催化剂表现出最优的催化性能,在200℃时甲醇转化率达82.6%,H2选择性为99.7%,φ(CO)仅为0.08%.TPR和XRD的表征表明,x(Cu)/x(Zn)为7∶3的催化剂上存在明显的CuO相,但结晶度较低,同时表面上的低温还原物种浓度较高且易被还原. The influence of x(Cu)/x(Zn) ratio in CuZnAlZr catalysts on the oxidative steam reforming of methanol for the production of hydrogen is studied. Experimental results show that the CuZnAlZr catalyst with x(Cu)/x(Zn) atomic ratio of 7∶3 can lead to high activity. At 200 ℃, its methanol conversion is 82.6 %, hydrogen selectivity is as high as 99.7 %, while the φ(CO) is only as low as 0.08 %. The XRD and TPR profiles of the catalysts exhibit that the catalyst with x(Cu)/x(Zn) atomic ratio of 7∶3 has the CuO phase with the lower crystallinity and has CuO species of high content in the surface with lower reduction temperature.
