摘要
采用浸渍法制备以γ-Al2O3为载体、稀土元素为助剂的多金属Pt系催化剂PtLaCoFeNi/γ-Al2O3;基于固定床反应器研究了催化剂的还原条件、催化活性及抗析碳性;通过单因素实验和正交实验分别研究了温度、水碳比、液空速、氧碳比四因素对柴油部分氧化重整制氢工艺的影响,并确定了最适宜的工艺条件为:温度680℃、液空速0.12 h-1、氧碳比0.2、水碳比20,此时每摩尔柴油可产氢38.5摩尔。
A multi-metal Pt containing catalyst supported on γ-alumina with rare-earth promoter, PtLaCoFeNi/γ-A12O3, was prepared by impregnation method, and its catalytic activity, reductive conditions and carbon deposition resistance in partial oxidation reforming of diesel to produce hydrogen were studied in a fixed bed reactor. The effects of H2O/C and O2/C ratios, temperature, and liquid space velocity on the reaction were investigated through single element and orthogonal tests. 38.5 moles hydrogen could be obtained from one mole diesel under the optimum reaction conditions: 680 ℃, H2O/C molar ratio of 20, O2/C molar ratio of 0.2, and liquid space velocity of 0.12 h^-1.
