摘要
在 2 .4mol LHCl介质中 ,锗与水杨基萤光酮 聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚形成稳定的胶束配合物 ,选择最大吸收波长 5 10mm为分析波长 ,其摩尔吸收系数为 1.3 6× 10 5L mol·cm ,在 0 .0 5~ 10 μg 2 5mL范围符合比耳定律。应用分光光度法进行了高锌物料中微量锗的测定 ,研究了锌基体及其它共存元素对测定结果的干扰和消除方法。实验结果表明 ,该方法具有较高的准确性和重视性。
In 2.4 mol/L HCl acidic medium, germanium reacts with SAF(Salicylfluorone) and OP (Polyethylene glycol mono) to form stable micellar complex. The maximum absorption line 510 mm was selected as its analytical wavelength.Its molar absorptivity is 1.36 ×10 4 L/mol·cm,which obeys Beer's law in the range of 0.05~10 μg/25 mL. The Spectro photometry has been applied to determination of trace germanium in high zinc samples. The effect of zinc matrix and its co existing elements on the results was investigated. The test results have shown that the method is characterized by high accuracy and high reproducibility.
