摘要
利用HPLC定量测定远志样品中的β-咔啉系生物碱:降哈尔满、哈尔满、perlolyrine、1-甲氧羰基—咔啉、1-乙氧羰基—咔啉、N_9-甲酰基哈尔满及1-丁氧羰基-咔啉。
A HPLC method was developed for the determination of the β-carboline alkaloids in the rhizoma of polygala tenuifolia willdenow. Norharman, harman, perlolyrine, 1-carbomethoxyβ-carboline, 1-carboetoxy-β-carboline, N-formylharman, 1-caebobutoxy-β-carboline in the sample was determinated quantitatively by the method. A reverse phase system with Hiber Rp-18 (7m) column was employed with 0.05mol potassium phosphate buffer (pH=3.5): acetonitrile with gradient elution. The alkaloids were detected at 254nm.
