摘要
目的 评价小钛板固定71例上下颌骨联合骨折的疗效,探讨上下颌骨联合骨折的复位及恢复正常咬合关系的治疗方法。方法 对用小型钛板固定的71例上下颌骨联合骨折病例进行回顾性临床分析。结果 71例病例中有67例(94.4%)取得较为满意的咬合关系,4例(5.6%)有不同程度的咬合干扰,张口受限5例。结论小型钛板坚固内固定加用辅助颌间固定是治疗上下颌骨联合骨折及恢复正常咬合关系的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of miniplate in fixation of combined mandibular and maxillary fracture(CMAM) and explore a way of getting satisfactory occlusion and reduction Methods A retrospective review of patients' records was conducted. Date, age, cause of fracture, anatomic site, treatment modalities and clinical results were reviewed. Results Of the fractures, 58 cases obtained satisfactory occlusions, while 13 cases had malocclusions. Conclusion The use of titanium miniplate associated with intermaxillary fixation was effective for CMAM with satifactory occlusions.
