摘要
目的:探讨坚强内固定技术在颌面部骨折之中的临床应用效果。方法:将2007年12月～2011年12月入住我院口腔科的37例颌面部骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对骨折部位进行开放复位,微型夹板坚强内固定。结果:本组37例颌面部骨折患者经手术之后均可以达到解剖复位,咬合关系恢复至原来正常的状态,外观以及具体的功能均得到了患者的赞同,其满意度也大大提高,没有出现1例并发症。结论:坚强内固定技术应用于颌面部骨折之中,操作十分简便、效果尤佳、并发症出现几率小,是治疗颌面部骨折的一种十分有效的技术,具有重要的临床意义与价值,值得在临床上加以推广并应用。
Objective To investigate the rigid internal fixation in fracture of jaws clinical application value. Methods 37 cases of maxillofacial fractures patients＂ clinical materials were retrospectively analyzed during 2009.12-2011.12, Firstly, the open reduction and rigid internal fixation, mini splint were carried on. Results In this group of 37 cases of maxillofacial fracture patients after operation can be achieved after anatomic reduction, recovery of occlusion to their normal state, appearance and specific functions are the patients endorsed, their satisfaction is also greatly improved, no complications in 1 cases. Conclusion Rigid internal fixation technique in maxillofacial fracture, operation is very simple, with better effect, complications occurrence probability is small, for the treatment of maxillofacial fractures in a very effective technology, has important clinical meaning and value, should be clinically popularized and applied.
