摘要
目的对颌面部骨折坚固内固定术治疗效果进行评价.方法对216例颌面部骨折患者均采用切开复位,微小型钛板及单皮质螺钉坚固内固定,观察咬合关系、咀嚼功能、骨断端固定效果、开口度、面部对称性、面部畸形恢复情况.结果经过3~12月随访,骨折全部愈合,骨折断端固定可靠,无移位发生.微小型钛板机械性能可靠,组织相容性好.结论颌面部骨折除复位、颌间牵引保守治疗外,复位后坚固内固定是现今临床上可靠的治疗方法.
Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of rigid internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures.Methods 216 patients with maxillofacial fractures were used in operation with open reduction,micro～mini～titanium plate and a single cortical screw rigid internal fixation,to observe the Occluding relation,masticatory function,broken ends of fractured bone fixed～effects,mouth open-ing,facial symmetry,facial malformation recovery.Results After 3～12 months follow～up,216 patients were all healed,fracture line reliable fixation,no shift occurred.Mechanical properties and histocompatibility of micro～mini～titanium plate are reliable and good.Conclusion In addition to reduction and intermaxillary traction conservative treatment of maxillofacial fractures,the rigid internal fixation is clinically reliable method.
