摘要
以TiCl4浓H2SO4为原料,经水热沉淀反应,通过控制反应条件,得到不同粒度和锐钛矿相结构的TiO2-DSC实验发现不同粒径(10,18,29nm)的纳米锐钛矿TiO2都存在一个放热峰,而粒径为10nm的样品除了存在放热峰外还观察到了一个吸热峰介电实验表明:纳米锐钛矿TiO2有介电反常和尺寸效应,还观察到了介电常数和介电损耗角存在温度峰.
Using TiCl4 and H2SO4 as reactants, nano-sized TiO2 powder with different grain sizes and an anatase structure was obtained through hydrothermal precipitation method by controlling the conditions of the reaction. Through DSC measurements exothermic peaks were observed in different grain size samples (10nm, 18nm, 29nm), but for 10nm-sample, there is one endothermic peak also. Results of dielectric measurements are as follows: anomalously frequency dependent and grain size effect of dielectric constantwere observed in anatase nano-TiO2 bulk samples. There is one peak in spectra of both dielectric constant and tanδvs temperature.
