摘要
在普通辉光放电离子氮化炉中用自制的渗硼膏剂进行了渗硼试验。试验结果表明,采用低熔点活化剂时,在640℃温度下渗硼4 h,可在低碳钢试样上得到10μm以上的以Fe_2B为主的渗硼层。
Glow discharge paste boronizing was conducted in a normal glow discharge ion nitriding furnace. The experiment showes that a boride layer more than 10μm thick primarily composed of Fe_2B on mild steel specimen can be obtained when boronizing at 640℃ for 4 hours using low melting point activator.
