摘要
选用渗硼膏剂进行了离子渗硼试验;探讨了膏剂涂覆厚度,低压氮和氩气体介质、炉内气压、气流量、温度及加热时间等工艺参数对渗层厚度的影响,并得出了一些规律。
Paste agent has been adopted by plasma surface treatment in this test.It was studied that the process parameters affecting the results of boro-nizing,including the thickness of pasty spreading on samples,the medium ofnitrogen or argon atmosphere under low pressure,the pressure in the chamber,flow rate of the atmosphere,the temperature and the endurance time.Fromthis,some rules of this works can be found out.
