摘要
本文论述了在3Cr2W8V钢表面利用辉光放电涂膏的渗硼法,在550~700℃的温度范围内,通过改变时间参数,可以在模具表面获得一定厚度的渗硼层,从而提高3Cr2W8V钢热作模具的使用性能。
In this paper the Paste boronization of steel 3Cr2W8V by
glow discharge heating is discussed.A boronized layer of certain thickness
can be formed on the surface of dies by changing the holding time in the
range of 550~700℃,then the using properties of hot-work dies of steel
3Cr2W8V are improved.
