摘要
研究了正火温度对45V钢组织和性能的影响,讨论了45V钢的显微组织与机械性能的关系。结果表明,随正火温度的提高,铁素体数量减少,硬度与强度提高,塑性与韧性降低。屈服强度由沉淀强化的增量为130~170MPa。
This paper deals with the effect of normalized temperature on microstructure and properties of 45 V steel and discusses the microstructure-properties relation. The results show that as the normalized temperature is increased, the volume fraction of ferrite decreases, hardness and strength increases, plasticity and ductility decreases. On account of prccipitation-hardeniny the yield stress is increased by 130~170MPa.
