用 Gleeble-1500模拟试验机研究了45V 钢热变形条件下的动态回复行为。45V 钢动态回复过程的流变应力σ对应变ε的变化为:σ=[σ_3~2+(σ_0~2-σ_3~2)e^(-2Be]^(1/2),位错密度变化率 dp/dε=2A/(aμb)~2-2Bβ。分析了变形温度和应变速率对动态回复行为的影响。
The dynamic recovery behavior under hot working condition isinvestigated by Gleeble-1500 simulator for a V-microalloyed steel 45V.The flowstress during dynamic recovery can be given by the following expression interms of the strain:σ=[σ_s^2+(σ_o^2-σ_3~2)·e^(-2Be)]^(1/2)The rate of increase of dislocationdensity with strain is expressed as dp/dε=(2A)/((aμb)~2)-2Bρ.The effect of deformation temperature and strain rate on dynamic recoverybehavior is analyzed.
