摘要
用热扭转、定量金相和定量化学相分析等检验方法研究了45钒非调质钢热变形后奥氏体的再结晶和V(C,N)的沉淀。结果表明:45V非调质钢奥氏体热变形后完成50 %再结晶的时间(t_(0.5))和再结晶晶粒尺寸(drex)与变形条件Z值、变形与退火温度(T)及预应变量(ε)之间的关系为 t_(0.5)=AZ^(-0.454) ε^(-1.3) exp(Q_s/RT) d_(rex)=A′Z^(-0.164) ε(-0.38)获得了本试验条件下的RPTT曲线,在860℃以下V(C,N)在奥氏体再结晶之前就已析出,从而剧烈地抑制再结晶。
Hot torsion tests were carried out on a V-microalloyed forging steel. The recrystallizationof austenite and the precipitation of V(C,N) in austenite after hot deformation were investigatedby means of optical microscope and electrochemlcal extraction technique. It has been foundthat the time for 50% recrystallization (t_(0.5)) and the recrystallized grain size (d_(rex)) could bedescribed by equationst_(0.5)=AZ^(-0.454)ε^(-1.5) exp(Q_s/RT)d_(rex)=A'Z^(-0.164)ε^(-0.38)where Z is Zener-H llomon parameter; ε is strain; T is temperature of holding; Q_s is the ac-tivation energy for recrystallization. The recrystallization-precipitationp-temperature-time (RP-TT) diagram was obtained. Below 860C precipitation starts before recrystallization, so thatthe latter is greatly delayed.
