摘要
用粉末冶金法成功地制造成短碳纤维-铅青铜和钢背的双金属带,然后加工成轴瓦,在高速柴油机上进行了1000h的台架性能试验,并与20高锡轴瓦进行对比。结果丧明复合材料轴瓦具有良好的使用性能,达到了同类产品的使用要求。另用扫描电镜对试验后的轴瓦磨而进行了观察和初步分析。
A bimetal plate-short carbon fiber reinforced lead bronze and steel was made through powder metallurgy. Composite bushes made of this bimetal plate were mounted on a high speed diesel engine, running for one thousand hour fest. Results showed that the composite bush had better service property than the Al-Sn alloy bush, and meet the requirements for commercal bushes of the same class. Furthermore, after the test the worn surfaces of bushes were examined and analysed with scanning electron microscope.
