铜镀覆石墨粉末的研制及其性能 被引量:22

摘要 通过将两种活性剂混合使用,不仅改善了石墨的分散性能,同时提高了铜对石墨表面的镀覆效果,使颗粒很小的石墨也能被铜所均匀镀覆。实验表明,活性剂的浓度和配比对铜的镀覆效果具有显著的影响。本文还分析了这种钢镀覆石墨粉末及其烧结材料的金相结构,解释了材料的高导电性的原因。 Abstract:The dispersity of graphite not only was improved and the effect of copper coated graphite power for the surface of graphite but also was elevated, using two kinds of active agent mixture. The small power can be uniformly coated. The test shown: a concentration and proportion of active agent have greatly influence on effect of copper coated.Metallographic structure of copper coated graphite powder and sintering material were analyzed and the reason of the material having high conductivity was illustrated.
