准双曲面齿轮副台架性能试验 被引量:2

Experimental investigation on running performance of hypoid gears

摘要 为探明准双曲面齿轮副啮合接触迹走向与齿轮副运转性能的关系,以稳定运转油温和振动加速度均方根值为评价参数,采用定量对比试验研究方法,在机械封闭式齿轮传动实验台上进行了不同接触迹走向的准双曲面齿轮副台架性能试验。试验对象为某微型车的后桥主传动准双曲面齿轮副,实验测试了4对具典型接触迹走向的准双曲面齿轮副在不同工况下的运转质量。结果表明:1)接触迹沿齿长的准双曲面齿轮副具有较好的运转平稳性,且由于啮合轮齿间载荷相对较小,因而润滑条件也得到改善,但当小轮轴上载荷为175Nm时,其润滑状况与其它类型齿轮副差异不大;2)齿轮副的运转平稳性不是载荷的单调函数,且存在一最佳稳定运转载荷。 The objective of the present work is to research the relationship between the contact path strategies and the running performance of hypoid gears, in which the oil temperature at steady running states and the root mean square of vibrating acceleration are used as the evaluation indexes of running performance. The quantitatively comparative test method was adopted to evaluate the running performance of four categories of hypoid gears with different contact path strategies on a mechanically closed loop gear test rig. The hypoid gears with different typical contact path and other five sets used in the rear axle of a minicab were employed as the test gears. The results showed that: 1) hypoid gears with longitudinal contact path have a better running stability performance than the other three types and their lubrication condition are also better due to a lighter contact load between mating teeth, however, this superiority will become less dominated as the transmission load increases to 175 Nm; 2) the running stability of meshing gears does not monotonically change with the variation of load and has the best running status under a certain load.
