摘要
提出了一种有较高沉铜速率和稳定性的碳纤维化学镀技术。研究了镀液的成分、工艺条件对镀层沉铜速率的影响。结果表明,用化学镀技术可以在碳纤维的表面镀上一层均匀、连续的铜膜。沉铜速率受镀液中甲醛和氢氧化钠的浓度控制,而镀液的稳定性由酒石酸钾钠的浓度决定。应用此镀铜碳纤维成功地制造出碳纤维增强铝基复合材料。
An electroless deposition technique on carbon fiber with higher copper deposition rate and stability was presented. The influence of the electroless both components and coating conditions on the copper deposition rate were studied,It was found that it is possible to deposit an uniform and continuous copper film on the surface of carbon fiber with an electroless technique. The copper derosition rate is mainly controlled by the concentration of HCHO and NaOH, the stability of the coating solution is detemined by the concentration of potassium sodium tartrate. The copper coated fibers were successfully applied to aluminum matrix composites.
