摘要
探索了碳纤维(CF)表面化学镀 Ag 的新方法。CF 对化学镀 Ag 是非催化性的,一般表面活化处理之后,在 CF 上直接镀 Ag 的镀覆效果差,镀层不完整。若先化学镀覆一薄层 Cu,再让 Ag置换 Cu 层,然后施行化学镀 Ag 的方法,则可得到完整的、结合良好的均匀 Ag 镀层。在600—750℃之间热处理后,镀 Ag CF 也不发生降解,其拉伸强度仅有很小的下降。
A new method of chemical silver plating on carbon fibers(CF)has been in-vestigated.It is found that since CF is not normally catalytic to electroless silver plating,thecoatings are incomplete and of poor adhesion by direct chemical silver plating even afterproper pre-plate treatment was applied,but by displacing the thin copper layers platedchemically in advance,complete and satisfactory silver coatings on CF are achieved.It is al-so found that the tensile strength of carbon fibers does not degrade greatly after plating andafter heat treatment at 600—750℃ in vacuum.
