摘要
研究了Si_3N_4粉末粒度测试方法的选择、可用性、灵敏性和测试方法的技术条件等,并对与粒度测试方法有关的其它方法进行了讨论。
The selection, feasibility, sensibility and the technological conditions of the methods for Si_3N_4 sub-micron particle size measurement are studied, and other methods having reference to particle size measurement are discussed as well.
