摘要
目的 :检验止痛膏的安全性以及是否具有镇痛、消炎功效。方法 :多次皮肤刺激试验、皮肤变态反应试验、慢性抗炎试验、止痛试验。结果 :对皮肤无刺激性 ,亦无变态反应发生 ,在消炎和止痛两项试验中 ,试验组与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性。结论 :该止痛膏可以安全使用并具有一定功效。
Objective: To detect the safety of Acesodyne Plaster and the efficacy of pain-alleviating and anti-inflammation. Methods:Multi-experiment of derma stimulation,experiment of derma feedback to anomalism,experiment of anti-inflammation,experiment of acesodyne were conducted.Results:None stimulation to derma,none derma feedback to anomalism,in experiments of anti-inflammation and acesodyne,there was great difference between experimental group and control group.Conclusion:The Acesodyne Plaster has efficacy on acesodyne and can be used with safety.
