摘要
目的 :制备一种以中药复方为药芯的腰痛专用外治药袋 ,并检测其使用安全性。方法 :以玉竹、三七、艾叶、原蚕砂等原料为药芯制备药袋 ,仿临床给药途径 ,分别用豚鼠、家兔做皮肤过敏、刺激、急性毒性试验。结果 :该药袋外用皮肤无刺激、过敏及皮肤急性毒性反应。结论 :本药袋是使用方便。
Objective:To prepare a Chinese herb bag for external use to treat lumbago and detect its safety.Methods:Fragrant solomonseal rhizome,notoginseng,argyi leaf,and source silkworm cocoon were used as drug core for“Yaobao bag”.Skin allergy,irritation and acute toxic response were detected on cavys and rabbits.Results:“Yaobao bag”had no such toxic reactions as skin allergy and irritation and acute skin toxic response.Results:“Yaobao bag”is convenient and safe in the treatment of lumbago。
