本文介绍了SS 5型电力机车半导体变流装置(含磁场削弱晶闸管分路、功率因数补偿装置晶闸管开关)的主要参数、设计特点、主要结构以及桥臂半导体元件的计算方法。
The paper introduces the semiconductor convertor assembly of SS5 electric locomotive which includes thyristors for field weakening shunting and thyristors of power factor compensating device. The content consists several aspects as major parameters, design features, basic structure as well as calculation of semiconductor component numbers of the bridge arms.
