文章探讨了数据库著作权法保护的原则及不足,介绍了特殊权利保护的背景与演进过程,分析了特殊权利保护的主要内容,并对数据库的特殊权利保护进行了评价。
The paper expounds the principles of copyright protection for database, and the deficiencies in this respect. It introduces the main content of sui generis right protection, and value the protection of sui generis right of sui generis right of database.
