摘要
采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了含有柔性链和刚性结构单元的端胺基聚氨酯(ATPU)对环氧树脂E-44固化反应过程特点和反应过程动力学的影响。结果表明,固化剂(ATPU)的掺加量对环氧树脂E-44固化反应过程有显著的影响,随着ATPU的增加,固化放热量增加。当ATPU的掺加量为1.6时,固化反应放热量达到最大值。固化温度研究表明,ATPU/E-44固化体系的等温固化起始温度和最高温度分别为121℃和177℃。固化反应的动力学研究表明,ATPU/E-44胶粘剂固化反应的表观活化能为81.8kJ/mol;固化反应的级数为1.3。
Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) was used to study the curing reaction characteristics and curing reaction kinetics of ATPU/Epoxy resin system. Results showed that curing reaction heat of ATPU/Epoxy system, first increases with increasing ATPU content, then reaches a peak value at [ATPU]=1.6. The onset curing temperature and the peak curing temperature is 121℃ and 177℃ respectively. While the activation energy and the order of curing reaction are 81.825 kJ/mol and 1.3 respectively.
