摘要
合成了不同分子量的端胺基聚氨酯作为固化剂改性双酚A 环氧树脂, 并用作吸波涂层(RAC) 胶粘剂, 研究了该固化剂对胶粘剂的柔韧性、附着力、剥离强度等性能的影响。结果表明: 用具有适当分子量的端胺基聚氨酯固化剂改性环氧树脂得到的RAC 胶粘剂, 不仅其柔韧性得到大大改善, 其他性能也可满足飞行器的使用要求。
Amine terminated polyurethane (ATPU) with various molecular weight was synthesized and used as a kind of curing agent of a bisphenol epoxy resin, which was applied as an adhesive of microwave absorbing coating. The mechanic properties of the curing agent, such as flexibility, adhesion and stripped intensity were measured. The results showed that the properties were improved remarkably and could satisfy the needs of aircrafts.
