摘要
目的讨论中、小血管缺损的修复方法。方法1997年3月～2001年5月,应用显微外科技术,采用冷冻处理后的同种异体胎儿脐血管,修复腕部尺、桡动脉缺损25例25条血管。结果修复后尺、桡动脉血流通畅,血管搏动良好,平均随访25.5个月熏无不良反应,手功能恢复满意。结论经冷冻处理后的同种异体胎儿脐血管是修复中、小血管缺损的安全有效材料。
Object iv e To explore the methods to repair defect of moderate or small blood vessels.Me thods From March,1997to May,2001,We applied fetal umbilicalis arterie s which were frozen to repair defect of radialis artery and ulnaris artery in wr ist,total25blood vessels in25patients.Results The implanted blood vessels pulsated well,the flow of blood was fluent.The patients were followed for an a verage of25.5months,there were no complica-tion.Function of hand were sat isfactory.Conclusion It is a kind of safe and efficient materials for repair de fect of moderate or small blood vessels by frozen fetal umbilicalis artreies.
