摘要
选51只 Wistar 鼠分成 A,B,C 三组,每组17只,A,B 组分别接受用不同方法处理低温保存的同种异体血管移植,C 组作为对照组行自体血管移植,术后6周解剖观察移植结果.低温冷冻可降低排异反应;经过低温处理的异体血管与新鲜自体血管移植后的病理改变类同.因此用适当处理的异体血管可作为自体血管移植的代用品,为临床血管缺损提供新的修复材料.
51 wastar rats were chosen and divided into three groups,A,B and C,with each 17.Allograft of the blood vessels were stored at low temperature,which had been dis- posed by different methods.These grarts tramsplanted on the rats in group A and B.The rats in group C to be regarded as the control received autografting of blood vessels.After 6 weeks of thc oprration.The results showed,that the excluded reaction could be reduced by means of low temperature freezing.The pathlogical change of the allograft of vessels re- duced was similar to autotransplanting of vessels,and there is no striking didffercncc be- tween these two,therefore the allotransplants of blood vessels properly processed could be substituted for autograft,which provides repairing materials for clinic.
