摘要
通过对圆坯连铸水冷工艺参数的优化,扩大等轴晶区、缩短柱状晶,使圆坯内部晶体结构得以改善,从而提高了圆管坯的穿孔性能。
The area of equiaxed crystal has been improved and that of columnar crystal has been decreased with optimizing the cooling parameters of continuous round billet casting process. Therefore, the internal srystal structure and the properties of round billet have been also improved.
