摘要
通过建立连铸坯传热凝固数学模型和消化已掌握的铸机二冷工艺参数 ,研究了不同冷却强度和拉坯速度时铸坯的温度变化和凝固情况 。
Through establishing mathematical models for continuous cast slabs during heat transferring and solidifying and digesting the known secondary cooling parameters of the caster, the temperature change and solidifying state of the slabs under different cooling strength and drawing speed are studied. The present secondary cooling technique is analyzed and evaluated.
