摘要
采用紊流的K ε模型研究紊流流动现象 ,利用通度系数法处理计算域中的非直边界 ,对某钢铁公司氧枪喷头中冷却水的流动特性进行了模拟 .结果表明 ,现用喷头由于兜水板设计不合理 ,在喷头端面中心区存在死区而不能进行有效冷却 .文中对兜水板的结构进行了优化 .模拟计算表明 ,优化后的喷头可确保冷却水以高速流遍整个喷头端面 。
The flow behavior of cooling water in the oxygen lance of a steelmaking company was simulated based on K ε turbulence model. The porosity coefficient method was introduced to treat the curved boundary. The results show that the existing lance tip is not effectively cooled because there exists a dead zone which results from the unreasonable structure of the baffle. The structure of the baffle was optimized by numerical simulation, and the optimized baffle can make cooling water cool the lance tip effectively with high velocity.
