摘要
氧枪是氧气预吹转炉的重要设备。双流氧枪是80年代氧枪技术的最新研究成果。单流道双流氧枪具有炼钢和燃烧CO的双重性能。应用单流道双流氧枪,氧气管路、阀门、仪表及氧枪滑道系统可不必改造,投资少、上马快,经济效益显著。单流道双流氧枪,1985年8月1日在鞍钢1号150 t转炉投入工业性试验,1986年1月在鞍钢2座50 t转炉上推广应用至今。在生产中取得了化渣快、吹炼时间短、去除P、S效果好、枪龄高、废钢装入量提高17 kg/t、钢铁料消耗降低2.8 kg/t等显著的技术经济效益。
Oxygen lance is important for BOF. Dual-flow oxygen lance is one of the newest achiev-ements in 80's. Single circuit and dua-flow oxygen lance has a dual function of steel makingand combustion of CO. Adapting this type of lance in the vicinity existing installation, the oxygen pipelinc,valves, instruments and slide system need not to be changed, and with lower cost. It is si-mple to set up and gives good results. This type of lance has been put in to industrial trialon No.1 150t BOF of Anshan Iron and Steel since August, the first, 1985 and from January1986 it has been in use on the two 150t BOF. Quick formation of slag, short blowing time,better dephosphorization and desulfurization, longer lance life have been proved. The amoutof scrap charged is increased by 17kg/per ton of steel, and the consumption of iron-containingmaterials per ton steel produced reduced by 2.8kg.
