摘要
双层分流式氧枪不必对供氧管路、阀门、检测仪表等进行改造,即可取得类似于双流氧枪的冶金效果,适于现有企业的改造。本文介绍这种氧枪的设计思想、结构特点及在大型复吹转炉上的实际应用情况,并对影响其寿命的几种因素进行了讨论。
The double-deck separate-flow oxygen lance can bring a similar metallurgical effect as double flow oxygen lance does but without changes in oxygen pipeline, valves and measuring instruments. This kind of lance is suitable to reconstruction of existed works. This paper introduces the design, constructiorn and application of the new lance to large combined blown converter and discusses the factors which influence service life of the lance.
