摘要
要解决高校扩招后的教学质量问题 ,应该采取调整高等教育的层次结构 ,按照学校定位办校 ;提高认识、统一认识 ;加强师资队伍建设 ;增加投入、改善办学硬件条件 ;深化教学改革、强化教学质量管理 。
To solve the problems of the teaching quality after enlarging the enrolments,we ought to adopt some measures to resolve them For example:we can adjust the higher educational levels,run the college according to our situation We must deepen our understanding and reach a common under-standing on the problem And also the construction of the teaching groups should be strengthened We ought to add some investment to improve the hardware conditions when we run the college On the other hand,we must deepen the reform in education,and give more effective management to the teaching quality The other things concerned and the higher educational laws and regulations ought to be perfected
