摘要
分析了体育教师师德规范的基本内涵,提出了规范体育教师师德的手段和方法:改善体育教师的待遇与工作条件;加强对体育重要性的认识;加大对体育教师的培养工作力度,旨在推动我国体育教育事业向着健康的方向发展。
Through the discussion of the occupational ethics of the P.E. teachers,this paper proposes methods to standardize the P.E. teachers' occupational ethics so as to promote the development of China P.E. undertaking towards perfection.
