摘要
随着我国高等教育大众化战略的具体实施,大众化高等教育质量问题已成为社会各界关注的热点。其主要表现在:生源整体质量下降,师资紧缺,生均教育资源明显减少,教育管理水平滞后。为了提高教育质量和确保高等教育健康发展,可以采取以下一些解决措施:提高学生自身的素质和建设良好的学风,加强教师队伍建设,加大教育投入,增加生均教育资源,改革教学管理体制,完善教学管理制度。
The strategy of higher education popularization is implementing in China, but the quality of it has become a hotly debated topic. What are concerned mainly about the lowered quality of the students enrolled as a whole, inadequate teachers and available educational resources and low level of educational administration. To improve the quality of higher education and ensure its sound development, the following measures are suggested to take： improving the competence of students and systemizing the good common practice in their learning; strengthening the qualification of faculty; budgeting higher investment in universities/colleges to increase the educational resources per capita and reforming/perfecting the teaching administration system with a multivariate quality evaluation system set up.
