摘要
对大型振动筛的振动系统进行动力学分析,建立力学模型、运动微分方程,即可知振动质量、弹簧刚度、偏心质量与振幅之间的关系,并且分析了由不平衡激振力引起的异常运动,为振动筛的设计与制造提供方便。
The vibration system of the large vibration screen was presented and the dynamic model and the movement differential equation was built, which helpd to obtain the relations between vibration mass, spring rigidity, the mass of the unbalanced lump and the amplitude respectively. The abnormal movement as a result of the unbalanced exciting force was analyzed for the designing and improvment of the linear vibration screen.
