Dynamic modeling and natural frequency analysis of 3-DOF vibration screen

摘要 基于Lagrange方程建立振动筛3自由度谐迫振动动力学模型,求解其各阶固有频率和主振型;对各阶主阵型进行正则化处理,分析了固有频率对激振力心(激振动作用点)位置变化及故障弹簧刚度变化的敏感程度。实例数值计算表明:弹簧无故障时,沿物料流动方向各侧的两弹簧刚度变化对固频影响相同,且该方向上靠近激振力心一侧的弹簧刚度变化对固频影响小于另一侧;某个弹簧发生故障时,故障弹簧的刚度变化对固频影响最小,而筛面上其对角方向的弹簧刚度变化对固频影响最大。 Based on the Lagrange equation,the 3-DOF dynamic model of harmonically forced vibration screen was established to work out the natural frequency and the main vibration mode of each order.Then,with vibration mode regularized,sensitivity of natural frequency to the position of exciting force and the stiffness change of spring with fault was analyzed.Finally,a practical example was calculated to show that under the condition that all the strings have no faults,each side of strings in the direction of materials flowing has the same effect on the natural frequency and the string closer to the exciting force is easier to affect the nature frequency.Besides,as long as a string goes wrong,change of the string with fault affects the natural frequency least while string on the opposite of the diagonal line affects the natural frequency most.
