摘要
随着图书馆自动化、网络化的发展,越来越多的图书馆加大了对计算机设备的投入。立足运筹学的排队理论,对服务台服务强度、在馆平均读者数、队列中排队等待的平均读者数及读者在馆中的平均逗留时间、读者平均排队等待时间的进行了分析,建立了借阅处工作人员及计算机的配置的模型。实例证明了模型的适用性。
Along with the development of the automation and networking of library, more and more libraries have been equipped with the computers. In terms of the theory of queue in operational research, the model of scheming the staff and computers in the section borrowing or returning books was given by calculating and analyzing the service strength, the average amount of readers in library and in waiting queue, the average minutes readers stay in library and the average waiting minutes of the readers. The calculating results of example show the model is suitable.
