摘要
通过高校图书馆阅览服务系统的细致的描述,阐述它实际上可以表示成一种排队论模型。文章给出排队论模型在高校图书馆阅览服务系统中的基本原理,在此基础上,以某高校图书馆的一些统计资料进行实例分析,得出了有意义的研究结果。这对提高高校图书馆阅览服务系统的质量和效率具有重要的现实意义。
The reading service system of university Libraries can be expressed as a kind of queuing theory model by its detailed explanation. In this paper, the principle of queuing theory model is given to the reading service system of higher education school. On the basis of the principle, an example is illustrated by some statistical data in a library. We obtain a meaningful result in this paper. This research has important realistic meaning to improve the quality and efficiency of the reading service system of higher education school.
