摘要
结合排队论的理论,分析了高校图书馆读者的排队现象,提出了优化排队系统的5点新思路,对解决高校图书馆读者借书排队问题提供了操作性很强的新方法。
Combined with the queuing theory, this paper has analyzed the queuing phenomenon in university libraries, and put forward five ways of thoughts to Optimize the queuing system, which can help us solve the queuing phenomenon in book borrowing.
