摘要
糠醛塔底废水含1—2.5%的乙酸,将该废水通过90—120对膜组装的400×1600mm电渗析分离,可回收浓度为18—20%的乙酸,再经萃取、精馏得工业一级乙酸。治理后的外排水含酸量小于0.02%,可安全排放或回用。治理糠醛废水回收乙酸的电渗析-萃取-精馏工艺已实现了工业化。
During the process of furfural production, waste liquor con-tainiog 1-2.5 % acetic acid is discharged. Not only is acetic acid wasted but also the Surrounding environment is polluted. In the operation described in this paper, the waste water passes through a 400×1600 mm electrodialyzer equipped with 90-120 pairs of membrane modules, recovering acetic acid with concentrations of 18-20%. The treated waste water contains only 0.02% of acetic acid, and could be safely discharged or reused. Furthermore, aa industrial graded acetic acid with purity of 99% could be produced by means of extraction-distillation of the recovered acetic acid solution. Industrialization of the comprehensive technology of electrodi-alysis-extraction-distillation for the treatment of the waste water from furfural production mentioned he(?)(?) has been achieved.
