摘要
研究了硫酸对苇浆造纸黑液的催化作用。结果表明,硫酸在加温加压条件下(0.2-0.6MPa,130-165℃)能使黑液中99%以上木质素酸析、脱水、炭化分离出来。理论含醛量的62%以上水解、脱水转化为糠醛。该研究为黑液的综合利用开辟了新的途径。
Sulfuric acid was found to have a catalytical function in promoting the hydrolysis of black liquor from a reed fiber pulping process. The results from this study show that under the conditions of applied pressure and heating (0. 2 - 0. 6 MPa, 130 -165 ℃ ),sulfuric acid allowed over 99 % of lignin in the black liquor to be acid settled, dewatered,carbonized and then separated from the black liquor.More than 62 % of theoretical aldehyde content werehydrolyzed, dewatered and then converted tofurfural.
