糠醛生产与造纸工业的结合——预防糠醛生产与造纸工业污染的新途径

摘要 用12%的稀盐酸,在103~105C水解冬小麦秸,并以蒸汽把产物及时带出,糠醛的收率可达12%以上,而且冬小麦秸的纤维强度基本不变,可以继续用于造纸。这种糠醛生产与造纸相结合的新工艺,可以预防或消除两种生产过程对环境造成的污染。 Hydrolysis of winter wheat straw with dilute chlorodric acid of 12% has been achieved at 103~105℃. By wet distillation in time, the yield of furfural has risen to above 12% based on dried straw. There was no damage to the fibre stress of the straw and the straw was still usable to papermaking. If the furfural production was combined with papermaking, the new process can prevent or/and alleviate the serious pollution in the two present production processes.
