摘要
细菌总数作为判定食品被细菌污染程度的标记,具有重要的卫生学意义。本文详述了近年来细菌快速检测方法的进展,并对今后的检测方向作了展望。
Total bacteria,as a target for extent of contamination in food,is very important in sanitization.In this paper,some rapid methods developed in recent years for detecting total bacteria are introduced.It also gave some analysis for development prospects of rapid methods for determination of total bacteria in food.
