摘要
目的:对不同产地共8批白术的多糖含量进行了测定。方法:苯酚-硫酸比色法。结果:不同产地白术的多糖含量差异较大。结论:该法为白术的质量评价及质量控制提供了研究基础。
OBJECTIVE: Polysaccharide content of eight batches of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macroaphalae from different origins has been determined. METHOD: Phenol-sulfuric acid procedure is used. RESULTS: The content of polysaccharide of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae from different origins is quite different. CONCLUSION: This method has provided the basis for the study of the quality assessment and control of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.
