摘要
目的测定当归及其炮制品中的多糖含量。方法用硫酸-苯酚法测定当归及其炮制品中的水溶性糖、还原性糖的含量。结果酒炒当归中的上述糖类含量均高于生当归,而其它3种炮制品中的上述糖类含量均低于生当归。结论不同炮制方法对当归中的糖类含量有显著影响。
Objective To determine the content of polysaccharides in Radix Angelicae Sinensis and its processed products. Methods The contents of water - soluble saccharides and reducing saccharides in Radix Angelicae Sinensis and its processed products were determined by phenol - H2SO4 method. Results The contents of saccharides in the alcohol-boiled product are higher than those in the crude drug, but the other three products are lower than those in the crude drug . Conclusion Different processing methods have significant effects on the saccharides.
