摘要
目的 :观察更年舒对肾阴虚兼肝气郁结型围绝经期综合征的疗效。方法 :将 6 8例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为治疗组 (34例 )和对照组 (34例 )。治疗组用更年舒 ,对照组用倍美力片和安宫黄体酮片。观察患者的临床症状和血清雌激素水平的变化情况。结果 :更年舒能提高血清雌二醇水平、降低卵泡刺激素水平、改善临床症状 ,疗效与对照组相同。结论
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Gengnianshu on deficiency of the kidney yin complicated with stagnation of the liver qi type perimenopausal syndrome. Method:64 patients of perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(34 cases)were treated with Gengnianshu, the control group(34 cases)with premain tablet and progesterone tablet.The changes of clinical symptoms and the levels of estrogen were observed.Result:Gengnianshu could increase estrogen level and could decrease follicle stimulating hormone level,thus ensuring the improvement of the clinical symptoms.The difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gengnianshu has a promising therapeutic effect on perimenopausal syndrome with deficiency of the kidney yin complicated with stagnation of the liver qi syndrome.
