摘要
贾英杰教授认为郁怒是乳癌发生的常见诱因,肝气失疏是不可忽视的病机。肝郁气滞,影响气血津液运行,气滞痰浊胶结于乳房,经络痞涩,发为乳癌;"治乳症,不出一气字……若治乳从一气字着笔,无论虚实新久,温凉攻补,各方之中夹理气疏络之品,使其乳络通",指出疏肝理气之法应贯穿于乳癌治疗的始终,应用丹栀逍遥散加减,重视疏肝理气,在组方遣药配伍注意药味、剂量;临证加减,疗效良好。
